You don’t have
to figure this
out alone.
Private coaching for men with a question about sex they’ve never been able to ask anyone.
Book a Mapping SessionOne private 90-minute conversation. $250.
Nobody ever told you
any of this.
So you worked it out on your own.
Maybe it’s something you’ve secretly craved for years and have never said out loud. Maybe your body has changed and you want to know if things can feel as good as they used to. Maybe you’re wondering whether you’ve reached the pinnacle of your pleasure potential, or whether there might be more. Maybe you just want to be better at it and there’s nobody to ask.
Whatever it is, you’ve dealt with it the way men deal with things. Privately. Reading at one in the morning, trying things, working out what you could on your own.
You’ve probably got further than you’d give yourself credit for. But there’s a limit to what anyone can do alone with this, and you’ve hit it. That’s why you’re on this page rather than reading another article.
You can’t read your way
to this one.
You’ve read the articles. Watched the videos. Tried the things people say to try. You probably know more about sex than most men your age, and the thing you came for still hasn’t moved.
That isn’t because you haven’t found the right article yet. It’s because none of this was ever a knowledge problem. Knowing what a prostate is doesn’t tell you what to do with yours. Knowing that desire varies doesn’t tell you how to ask for what you want. Knowing that arousal is complicated is no help at all at midnight when it isn’t working.
What’s missing is somebody who knows this territory, hears your specific situation, and tells you what to do next. Not in general. For you.
Not therapy.
Something specific to do, and someone paying attention to how you respond.
I won’t ask about your childhood. I won’t tell you to communicate better with your partner. I’m not going to hand you a technique out of a magazine.
You tell me what’s actually going on. I ask the questions that get us to the real thing underneath it. Then I give you something to do with your own body, alone, in private, this week. You tell me what happened when you did it, and I respond to what you report back, because what you notice while doing it is what tells us where to go next.
That’s the method. It’s unglamorous and it works, and it’s the thing you’ve never had, which is why men get further with me in three months than they managed in the ten years they spent trying to work it out on their own.
The Mapping Session.
90 minutes. One conversation.
Everything starts here. One session, with no commitment beyond that. You come with whatever you’re experiencing and you leave knowing what’s actually going on, and one concrete step to take towards what you want.
Most men have never said any of this out loud to another person. You don’t have to know how to say it. I will take care of that part.
You land.
We settle in. I make it easy to talk. You don’t need to have prepared anything or know what to say. Most men have never had this conversation before. That’s fine.
You name it.
Together we find the real thing. Not the surface problem, but what’s underneath. This is where most men say something they’ve never said out loud. Whatever comes up is welcome.
We map it.
Body. Desire. Edge. We locate where you are across the three maps. You leave understanding yourself and your sexuality in a way you didn’t before.
You step.
You leave with one task. Private. Solo. Doable this week. Something that will shift the way you relate to your own body and your own desire.
Then you do it, and you write and tell me what happened. I write back. That exchange is included, and it’s usually where the thing you came in with starts to move.
You don’t need to be
broken to be here.
Men come to this for all sorts of reasons and there’s no threshold you have to cross first. If one of these sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
“There’s something I’ve wanted since I was a teenager and I’ve never told anyone.”
“I don’t know how to bring this up with my wife without it going badly.”
“My body has changed and nobody has explained what’s actually happening.”
“I want to last longer, and everything I’ve read is about willpower.”
“I’ve read everything and tried everything and nothing has changed.”
“I want to know whether it can feel better than this.”
There is nothing you could say
that would surprise me.
Men tell me things they have never told a partner, a friend, a doctor or a therapist. Wants they’ve had since they were fourteen. Things they’ve done and never mentioned to anyone. Things they want and can’t explain why they want.
None of it has ever landed strangely with me. Not once. What feels enormous and singular when you’re the one carrying it is almost always something I’ve heard a version of many times, and knowing that on its own changes how heavy it is to hold.
You don’t have to arrive with it prepared, and you don’t have to lead with it. Most men say the real thing somewhere in the middle, once they’ve stopped bracing for a reaction that never comes.
Nobody will know.
You’re not the first man to worry about this, so let me be specific about it.
- Sessions are video calls and I don’t record them.
- There’s no file anywhere with your name on it.
- Client confidentiality is absolute. What you tell me stays between us, always, without exception.
- Your card statement shows my business name. Nothing about what the session was.
- Use only your first name if you’d rather. Keep your camera off if that’s easier.
- You won’t be added to a list, seen by anybody, or contacted again unless you want to be.
In case you’re wondering.
“I’ve never said any of this to anyone.”
Almost no one has. That’s exactly why it’s still sitting there thirty years later. I’ll do the work of making it sayable, and there’s nothing you could tell me that I haven’t already heard from someone else.
“What if I get there and can’t get the words out?”
That happens and it’s completely fine. I don’t need you to arrive with a speech prepared. I ask the questions, you answer what you can, and the hardest things usually come out somewhere in the middle once you’ve stopped bracing for a reaction.
“I’m 52. Is it too late?”
No. This is trainable at any age. The men who get the most out of it are usually the ones who were convinced they’d left it too long, and the oldest man I’ve worked with was 79.
“Does my partner need to be involved?”
No. This is solo work and it stays that way until you decide otherwise. Most of what changes, changes before anyone else is involved.
“What if I book and then change my mind?”
Cancel or reschedule any time up to 48 hours before and you get a full refund, no explanation needed. Inside 48 hours I can’t refund it, but I’ll move you to another time once.
“Do I have to keep going afterwards?”
No. There’s no package and nothing renews. For plenty of men one session is the whole thing, and that’s a perfectly good outcome.
Hello, I’m Lisa.
I’m an accredited sex educator and certified sex coach, finishing a Masters in sex coaching.
I’ve been an expert voice on campaigns for Durex, and I’ve talked about men’s sexuality on national radio and in print, internationally.
None of that is why men book, though. They book because I’ll say the thing nobody else will and I won’t make them feel strange for asking.
$250
90 minutes · paid in USD
- One 90-minute private video call
- One step to take, built for where you actually are
- A follow-up exchange once you’ve done it
No commitment past this session. For plenty of men, one call is enough. Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before.
Some men want
to keep going.
The Mapping Session locates you. The Full Map is what happens if you want to work through all three maps properly, over months rather than in one conversation.
Two private sessions a month. A practice built for you after each one, to do alone and in private. Between sessions you write and tell me what happened when you did it, and I respond to what you report, in writing or by voice note. Once a month you get a short audio recorded for your practice specifically, and a written note on what has shifted and where we’re heading next.
I work with a maximum of six men at a time this way, so it isn’t something you can simply buy. If it seems like the right next step for you, I’ll invite you into it after your Mapping Session. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so and tell you what I’d do instead.
You’ve been thinking about this
for a while.
Months, probably. At some point reading about it becomes the way you avoid doing anything about it.
You already know what’s going on. Ninety minutes and you’ll know what to do about it.
One private 90-minute conversation. $250.
