Men book with me because I’ll say the thing nobody else will, and I won’t make them feel strange for asking.
How it works
Everyone starts the same way.
A first conversation. Thirty minutes, and for a short time, free. No card details, and nothing that shows up anywhere. You tell me what’s actually going on, and I listen. From there we work out your next step. Sometimes that’s continuing with me. Sometimes it’s something to try on your own. Sometimes it’s a name and number for someone better placed than me.
Plenty of men book an intro, get what they need, and never come back. That’s a good outcome.
If we decide to carry on, most men work in blocks of six or twelve hour-long sessions, usually weekly. We can stretch to fortnightly when life needs it. A single session is $250, six is $1,350, and twelve is $2,400.
After every session I write to you with something to try before the next one. Some men also request a guided audio to support the work between sessions, recorded for them and delivered privately. We can talk about that when it becomes relevant.
Sessions are on a video call, camera on or off. Nothing is recorded and nothing is shared. We’ll go through payment options, including discreet ones, on the first call, or ask me any time.

What men think before they book
“I’m not someone who books a call about this.”
Almost nobody who books is. Most have never spoken to anyone about this and would not describe themselves as needing help. They just decided that not asking wasn’t working either.
“I should be able to work this out myself.”
You were never taught this. Neither was anyone else. That’s why working it out alone has only got you so far, and why one conversation with someone who does this all day is worth more than another few years of guessing.
“I’m too embarrassed to say it out loud.”
Don’t worry. You can start with half a sentence and we build it from there. You can keep the camera off. And whatever it is, I have almost certainly heard a version of it before.
“What if it makes things worse?”
Nothing happens that you do not choose. We start with you, on your own, in your own body. No conversation with your partner, no confession, nothing to disclose to anyone. You set the pace and you can stop at any point.
“Isn’t this just therapy?”
No. We will not dwell on your past or excavate your childhood. This is practical, educational, and focused on what you can do differently. If something surfaces that needs clinical support, I will say so and help you find the right person.
“What about it showing up on a bank statement?”
The first conversation is free, so nothing is charged and nothing appears anywhere. If you decide to continue, there are discreet ways to pay, and we’ll go through them on the call so you choose what works for your situation.
