Most people’s sexuality is built on guesswork, habit, and silence. What they feel, what they want, what’s possible. None of it was ever mapped. Unmapped is a methodology I developed over years of working with men who were ready to stop guessing. It’s built on three maps, in a specific order. The order is the point.
Map your body
What you actually feel, not what you assume. Sensation. Breath. Presence. The foundation everything else is built on.
Map your desire
What you actually want, not what you perform. Permission. Honesty. The thing you’ve never said out loud.
Map your edge
Where you can grow, at your own pace. Expansion. Curiosity. The next step you’ve never taken.
These three maps are the beginning. Where they lead is different for every person.
Where to start
Three doors. Choose yours.
Speaking & workshops
I bring Unmapped to stages, boardrooms, and conferences. If your audience needs an honest conversation about sexuality, I’m the person to lead it.
A guided body awareness practice you can do alone, tonight, with nothing to prepare. This is where Unmapped begins.

Who’s behind this
I’m Lisa. I say the things nobody else will.
Six years ago I started having the conversations most people avoid. With men who hadn’t been touched by their partner in months. Men having sex and feeling almost nothing. Men with desires they’d carried secretly for years.
Those conversations became Unmapped, a methodology for sexual self-knowledge built on three maps: Body, Desire, and Edge. I’m currently completing my Master’s in Sex Coaching.
“Within minutes I felt more present in my own body than I have in years. This is exactly what I didn’t know I needed.” Subscriber
Unmapped is a methodology I developed for sexual self-knowledge. It’s built on three sequential maps: Body (what you actually feel), Desire (what you actually want), and Edge (where you can grow). The sequence matters. Most sex education skips straight to technique. I start with the body.
A sex coach for men helps men improve their relationship with their own sexuality, practically and without judgment. Unlike therapy, coaching is action-focused. It gives men the education they never received, helping them build awareness, confidence, and genuine pleasure rather than running on autopilot.
No. Sex coaching is practical, educational, and focused on what you can do differently, not on processing past trauma. If you need clinical support, I’ll always say so. Most men who come to this work just need real information and a safe space to explore it.
It’s frank. It’s adult. It’s honest. But it’s educational, not pornographic. Think of it as the conversation a knowledgeable, non-judgmental friend would have with you. The one who actually knows what they’re talking about and doesn’t make it weird.
My methodology is universal, but I specialise in men. If you’re a woman or a couple looking for support, the Mapping Session is open to you. I’ll always be honest about whether I’m the right fit.
Men who feel quietly disconnected from their sexuality and don’t know why. Men who want to feel more present, more confident, more connected to themselves and their partners. Men who are tired of guessing and ready for something real.
