I’m here to make sex normal, shame-free, and human again…


for real people and for the professionals who support them.

As a divorced-and-remarried mum of teenage boys, I know how messy, funny, overwhelming, beautiful, and confusing sexuality can be in real life.

And as someone who’s been de-platformed, shadow-banned, and burned online more times than I can count, I know exactly how brutal it can feel to share this work publicly.

This space is my hub – where sex education meets advocacy, where pleasure meets everyday life, and where I share tools, media, and the hard-earned lessons I’ve gathered over the past six years in the field.
